Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Visibill Hub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Visibill Hub provides marketing and growth services including but not limited to: organic social media management, SEO, paid search, social advertising, performance branding, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing analytics. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to accounts, platforms, and materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay fees according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Visibill Hub for clients remains the intellectual property of Visibill Hub until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any pre-existing materials, templates, or methodologies used by Visibill Hub.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Visibill Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
